[ElectriciansForums.net] Cooker hood advice

Hi, can someone please advise on where if anywhere I may acquire an adapter to duct out this old Elica cooker hood. The hole is 150mm x 90mm and I can’t imagine a way of ducting out without an adapter of some sort. Does this item exist or would it just originally have come with the cooker and no way of replacing?
Thanks

sorry to sound a bit daft but I am a little confused by the question, and as you have had no replies so far I reckon I am not the only one, can you start again please?

Hi, well i believe i need some kind of adapter that will screw on to the top of this cooker hood that will allow you to connect 100mm round flexiducting or flat rigid ducting to allow it to be ducted outside. I know there are spare parts websites but i don't even know what the part name is or anything! :)

Could you not make something? For example a thin metal sheet (aluminium for ease of working) a bit bigger than the hole (say 180 x 120 mm), with a 100mm diameter hole cut in the middle, then a 100mm dia short length of duct with a flange bolted to the sheet.

Or even something like this just bolted over the hole (100 mm Duct Connector Flange):
