If you have a grid switch arrangement in the kitchen with multiple switches for different appliances it could be there ?
Maybe. Or it may come from under the bathroom floor, above.?

If you can't find a switched isolator and supply source, get a spark in.

Is it plugged in
' ypu may have a duff fuse in the plug top

What does this mean? -how to check this
follow dave OCD's advice. get an electrician to sort it safely. anyone can get something to work. likewise anyone can cause a fire or electrocute some poor sod.

Ok found the actual switch beside the washing machine.. Written canopy on top of it.. Which is on... Will check the fuse thingy tomorrow morning
I'm all for DIY bro but please get a spark in. It will probably take them 10 minutes to find the problem and less than an hour all in to sort it all out. You're looking at about ÂŁ100 max.
