Cooker keeps tripping.. advise needed!

Just installed a new CU and everytime I turn on the hobs there fine but as soon as i turn on the oven it trips.

I have done IR test and its all clear. Really baffled here.

Anyone any idea what it may be? Its in a 40A mcb with a 83A RCD.

Its not really old. If it was the cooker any idea what it would be in it and were to start taking it apart to find out?

It's probably the element in the oven that's gone and causing the fault. Have a good old google of your cooker make and model and find a replacement element Teddy. They're not expensive and are easy to replace, but best to get it checked or better done by a spark.

Lights will go on in the grill but not oven. Can set them to settings for cooking but as soon as i try and set temperature/put on it just trips. Will it defo be the elements?

As has been stated, it's almost certainly a duff element - if there's more than 1, it will be the one in that part of the cooker you are switching on. Google espares, their web site is good and has videos showing how to replace an element. ALWAYS switch off the supply at the consumer unit, before attempting to check/replace a part.

could also be burnt terminations on the stat. had that before now.
