When wiring a cooker point and the hot plate and oven come with 2.5mm flex on each am I right in saying you can just wire into the 6mm outlet plate??? I'm sure you can.. Is there a reg that relates to this... If you can help thanks..

I doubt it is 2.5mm2, cookers are usually wired in tri-ratedOk I know can get dual plate , what i should be asking and you've forced me into the real question about connecting 2.5mm on to 32A mcb/Rcbo ..but as I see it should be fused down or change flex too 4mm which I've done in past,but I've read on forum before that it's fine
