Cooker on a isolator then to a spur on 13amp fuse wired in 6mm, if it gets changed for a bigger cooker am I ok just eliminating the spur and use just a cooker outlet
 
Sorry that message dint make sense I was rushing, basically iv been asked how to upgrade a cooker because the existing cooker is fed from a 13amp fused spur and the new cooker draws more then 13amp, so am I ok getting rid of the spur and replacing with just cooker outlet, cable etc is big enough for new cooker going in
 
If as you say the cable is 6mm T+E then it will certainly deal with a 32 amp MCB, dependant upon installation method. So you can remove the FSU and make it a standard cooker supply IMO.
