The cost of domestic and non domestic fees for lodging EPCs, DECs and ACIRs onto the Registers is going up on the 6 April 2013 as announced yesterday by the
DCLG.
The domestic registration goes up about 50p which is not so bad but the non domestic EPC more than doubles to over ÂŁ11 a project.
(domestic up 45% , non domestic up 125% ........so much for the rate of inflation !)
This is another cost rise to bear in mind for future projects as the assessors will have to pass it on.
