council building p.i.r

Called to a public council building to carry out a p.i.r on it
Came across disabled shower room with, hand dryer, water heater, and convector heater 3kw all class 1 ,all Supplied by switched fused spurs in the shower room 30marcd protected

style Shower without basin/wet room fig701.1
Now all above are out of the zone as they are 2.00 from the fixed water outlet {shower unit} as the regulation state.

I know the above complies with current 17th but I think some common sense should be applied
Does anyone know the regulation for the equipment installed shall be installed the suit the environment it is installed in??????

Would you give satisfactory or unsatisfactory?

Cant see a problem mate,as you said everything is RCD protected and out of zone.
