Couple of SWA questions

Hi, I've got question involving a SWA install..

Theres been a SWA ran underground to my shed for many years. It's 2 core..

Would you run it along the building in conduit and through the wall or clipped/cleated?

Why run the SWA in conduit? Just clip it along the wall.
You’re not supposed to go through the meter box but who’s going to ask you to shift it once it’s there?

Good point Tony, basically the problem i am faced with is the building extrudes about 6 inches and SWA isn't very flexible to get deal with it neatly and drilling through before the wall extrudes isn't really an option so was going to run conduit.
