What is best course to do get qualified in PV, also what MCS accred route

I don't know which is best but the NICEIC one is shocking - avoid it.

The MCS route is a painful and expensive one. I'm hoping that its going to have been worth it.

I did the City & Guilds course at Blackburn Collage, 5 days very good and reputation.
