Crabtree C50 design issues

Hey guys I work for a company that owns a number of properties which myself and a team of engineers run one of which has an old crabtree c50 panel now my compamy are asking for us to do things that would load the circuits to the max , my concern is I vagely remeber hearing there was a tripping issue with these bad boys is this true and if so is there anywhere this is documented so I can present it with a DB upgrade request.

I appologise about the lack of detail regarding why I want to know this but im under contract not to discuss in detail the inner working of the firm .

I've had a lot of experience with C50's and have never come across any issues.
One thing to watch is the low breaking capacity....3ka(white lettering)....4.5ka(yellow lettering).
