I have just started using the metal cased crabtree boards as of the new regs. With these bored you get a small grommet strip for the knock out, when ever you even breathe on the unit the grommet strip falls off, let alone even trying to pull cables thorugh is there anything you can do to keep the strip in place with out using tape.
 
The Hager metal clad grommet strips stay on really well. Ask Davesparks (I know he loves Hager gear!) :D
