Just been on JIB website n saw that you can get a CRB disclosure card Im assuming one card will cover all things requiring CRB checks the cost £60 what a rip off yet more dosh for us to give to get a worthless card that MIGHT be required

thinking about CRB checks that guy in cumbria had a gun liscence ect he killed 12 ppl CRB wouldnt have picked that up as they check pervious convictions bit pointless realy when if you are going to fail you wouldnt apply would you??

out of the 10 years in the trade ive only had to have 1 crb check and same goes for my cscs ive only been asked for it twice on site and ive now got pay 85 quid for a medical to go work on a site wich the job will only take half a day

miffs me off as you pay for all this nonsence and cost you more money for taking the time out of work to do it and do we actually need it all?

Considering how often you get checked or asked I would not bother with any of them Ive only got an ECS card because it was free.
