Hi,

we have a 100 m 220V ground power cable and at regular intervals we want to make branches of length say 5 m. My question is how do you do this correctly and in safe way. Just clip the cables and connect the wires or is there a safer way to do this?

Best Regards,
Iliya

You will need, made for purpose epoxy or heat shrink T or Y joint kits, suitable for underground installation.. Using the same size cable for your branches, as the main cable run. There is no other safe method that i know of, to facilitate your requirements.
