Creating A Marketing Email

Hi all,

I wanna pick your brains, what im after creating is an email that looks like the sort i get sent from wholesalers or even argos etc. They have pictures and stand out more than a normal boring email saying we do this and we can do that etc etc.

I can create the page using a number of different programs but my question is how to get it onto the email without it being an attachment or something. I want the page to come up like an A4 poster advertising all we do and any offers etc but to stand out a bit too.

Was more thinking along the lines of our existing customers that we have, to inform them of services that we now do that we didnt before etc

Wasnt really asking if it was a good or bad idea, just how to do it, but thanks for the constructive reply

is a good idea and i thought about it before but if i used a company and then received loads of spam from them i would probably not be happy!

Hi Shawn,

I don't know the full in and outs (as i pay someone to do this) but I think you need to get your customers to first opt in to receive your marketing mails before you initially starting sending them.(It does generate leads though)
If you also have a good database of customer email addressess another good free online tool you can use is survey monkey www.surveymonkey.com/ to compile info on what products your customers like/dislike, if your prices are competitive, if your service is what they expected etc..
