how about this one What tail size would you put down i put down 2.5 mm as this supplied the main CU there was one for the cooker one for the shower one for a shed , oh at its all protected by a 100 amp 1361 ,

You aint going to belive this , i have just been reported by the meter reader for tampering with the meter ,mm what did i do oh upgraded the tails and CDU , may have to go to court cant wait to ive got the pics of what it looked like ,should be intresting
 
Thanks guys , i couldnt belive it when he said ive had to report you , so well wait and see , if it does go further then ill make sure it back fires big style !!!:D , found another one today as well single insulated 6 mm tails ,and its just been labled up L and N , when belive it or not they upgraded the meter , not a word to the house holder , think i may well write to trading standard and the ESC and see what they have to say

most meter fitters are not qualified electricians/electrical engineers. my mate is a meter fitter, but also a qualified sparks. he is one of only 2 qualified meter fitters in the south east for his DNO (its all subbed out though). Theyattend a 2 week course to fit meters and thats it. The DNO is not supposed to supply electricity to a dangerous or substandard installation. How can these peoples know if the installation is dangerous or not?
 
Totally agree , so why am i getting ear ach and reported , for correcting a dangerous situation , when im fully qualified 30 years experiance , and could end up with a criminal record , doesnt make sense .arggghhhhhh:mad:
