Hiya Lads,

Heres a question I know one of you bright sparks will be able to answer.

I have a Guy that I have known for years and what he does not know about sparking is not worth knowing.

He is 45 years old and has been in the game for some 22 years, he has never served an apprenticeship or undertaken any kind of training accept his 15th 16th and 17 and he has 2391-10 he also has a certificate in Health and Safety Level 2 Site Supervisor but not Electrical.

He has always worked on commercial and light industrial installations and holds no JIB or CSCS card.

Well we want him to come and work with us but we work on a lot of sites where you have to produce CSCS card for Trade and Position, If he sits his Electrical health and safety is that enough to get him on site to work as an Electrician for us seeing as has his 17th and 2391?

Cheers Lads
