Been to look at a consumer unit upgrade at flat with two storage heaters on economy 7. I have two questions that i need help on

1. Do I need to change the board for the two storage heaters and the immersion or can they remain on the existing board without RCD protection, The householder is not sure if they intend to keep the storage heaters in the future

2. An electric shower has been fitted at some point on its own fuse, the thing I dont understand is that the Neutral is feed from one meter and the Live from the other. I intend to disconnect this and put it on the new board not on the economy 7 side

thanks
