CU in toilet

Hi . Seen a few threads on this topic . I want to mount the CU above a vanity sink in a toilet . Will be 500 mm above exceeding the 300 mm for accessories and sockets distance from sinks . As it’s a CH does this have a different set of regs ?Cant find anything in on site guide

common sense says no, but theres nothing in the regs as it doesnt contain a bath or shower... so not a special location.

Would it be any different from a CU mounted in a kitchen? tons of those around the country

There is a whole estate up here with the consumer units mounted above the sink in the downstairs 'cloakroom'. (under the stairs)

Thanks . Common sense does say no , I agree , but Its the easiest route so toilet it is . will probably get a flush CU . ( see what I did there )
