Hello chaps and chappettes

Just wondering if any of you have tried any 'alternative' methods for cutting in drylining boxes in plaster board as oppossed to the usual pad saw jigger it around method :)

The reason i ask is cause on a job at the moment, block of sixty odd flats and its getting tedious to say the least when each flat seems to have a hundred boxes to saw out :( especially worst on party walls with double or triple boarding. was thinking getting a battery dremmel thing from screwfix but cant quite justify 70 squid if its going to be pants, or maybe one of those saw through anything drill bits that can cut sideways etc.

any ideas peeps?

your sincerely

how about a reciprocating saw they do them in 18v guise, that will be quicker, bloody handy for cutting floorboards etc too.

I also use the Fein, also excellent for floor boards and chip board!!!

And do go for the quick release, buy the large wood cutting blades, AWESOME

They have a video on the web site, google it, its too late for me to hunt around for the link, ive been far too busy blowing customers houses up.....But thats a dif thread!!!
