Have just changed DB in my house. I am 17 th edition C+G part 2 qualified. Can you just refresh me on what test results and paperwork I need. I know most of it but appreciate a recap.:p

That would be a part P notifyable job . Are you part P registered, or notified the LABC of your intent to carry out works and paid the building notification fee?. I only ask as if you'd notified the LABC it would be down to them to test it and if you were part p registered you would have been assesed for the ability to test and fill out the apropriate test certificate.

You need to do an electrical installation certificate with a schedule of test results and a schedule of inspection. Inform lbc as above. As for the readings you need to look at the relivent tables in the OSG to see if your test results are within acceptable levels.

Nickblake beat me to it again ;)

Ok mbarret, you've said that you have changed the cu but what else? Have you done any testing. Have you got any rcd's tripping. What earthing system is it on. Give us a bit more info so we can give you the best advice.
