Danfoss cp715

Was doing sone basic remedial work for someone today and they asked me to look at boiler as it wasnt working, hadnt been for couple of days. It's a danfoss cp715 and flashing the battery symbol. Seems no mains power. Opened up box with terminal blocks, no mains power. All ok at CU, searched high and low for DP switch. Nothing anywhere that's not on!!..... Am i missing something obvious or what? Meggered the circuit with load removed. Greater than 299. Hmmmm......

No idea....its not just something as simple as that theres no connection at the chockyblocks? Like, whoever's done it has tightened the screw onto the insulation? If its tested out fine then theres nothing wrong with the circuit, it'll be something glaringly obvious....something so obvious that it actually becomes hard to solve. We've all been there.

It worked fine for ages then didnt suddenly so doubt it's what you suggested. Thanks mate. It's always something daft!

Some of the danfoss cp715's have a service interval on them now try the manual for programmer for reset instructions
