danfoss hs3 wiring

Hi

I need help with this if poss moved into new house and this is what heating is wired up like...

anyone know how it should be wired up... the orange wire from actuator is not connected to anything

Heating does not come on when turned on from programmer i have to push lever across to turn on... actuator is a danfoss

The wireless thermostat dosent work either
