You have an earthed metallic screening from the swa.
You can also install a divider.
Section 528 of bs7671

Seeing that the min separation distance of 100mm has been achieved then all is good.
Is the data cable screened?

The SWA has mechanical protection just make sure its landed and earthed properly, are you running Cat 5 or 6 as it should be screened and what is the data cable for?

You mean Apart? and sounds fine to me, I would keep the Data as far away as possible.
