Anyone know the general operational characteristics of

  • data network distribution
  • fire protection system
  • sercurity protection system

been looking online and thru various book - can someone help please

Peter you've probably not been told but for a homework question you're supposed to have a go at the problem then get the pointers mate. I know that might sound harsh but trust me, you'll learn more

Agreed trev. just these just ones i cant find any info on etc.. its just the operational characteristics , to be perfectly honest i dont really know what this means?

I have spent ages looking on net in all books , just cant come up with info

I think you're getting hung up on the wording mate, operational characteristics to me means how do they work/what do they need to work/what do they do/how are you going to make the things do what you want. Try breaking it down into those kind of headings. Once again, the number of points available is really relevant, for example if 3 marks are available they'll want short sharp bullet points, if twenty points are on offer they want detail.

Its not really marked like that, just a pass or fail.

the 3 of these were in one question, agree the wording is rubbish :(
