Had an old concrete loading ramp knocked down, dug out and concreted flat for more storage space. Delivery driver that normally parks outside of the yard gates must’ve seen the new big open space and drove right in to the new concrete.

When asked if he saw the colour difference to the rest of the yard, he replied yeah, I just thought someone had wetted it with a hose.

I’m thankful it’s a bank holiday weekend.

It's always good to cement relationships!
It makes them more concrete, and if you keep doing it you end up with screeds of them!
Much better than hard-core relationships alone as they need binding.
Maybe your delivery driver has a "grush" on you...
Grush might not be a common term for most of you, but it's very common up here in parts of Bonnie Scotland.

TBH, I only ever heard this term in deepest Lanarkshire when I worked there for a while (never again!).
It's basically a sort of crude, mult-sized aggregate, similar to hardcore, but basically ungraded and of varying particle sizes. it's infill, effectively.
Oddly, I used the term "joppit hose" on another forum recently, and no-one knew what I meant.
Anyway, with that explanation, I hope you can see where my pun-fest was heading!
