DB installation height

Hello everyone,
is there any rule/normative which defines the height of installation (from floor to bottom of DB) of wall mounted Distribution Board?

Nothing compulsory, suggested height of 1450 to obviate child interference. But anywhere with regards to ease of access for maintenance etc.

I think so yes, on new builds

Approved document M along with Part P of the building regulations suggests a height for the MCBs of 1350 to 1450 on new installations in dwellings, I believe.
No mention of heights in non dwellings.
