Well expect many threads like this as i would like to know the in's and out's of them not just the crash course on what u need to know and pffff doesn't come up much so we won't go into detail.
What would i like to know about them you may ask , well everything if possible within reason as i'm still in 2330 courses so don't get to sophisticated at the moment but in the long run i'd love to know more.
The stuff i'm most confused about is.
What is Back E.M.F and Speed Control.
Starting and Protection of D.C. Motors.
The Shunt Wound D.C. Motor.
The Series Wound D.C. Motor.
The Compound Wound D.C. Motor.
I have materials on all this stuff but at the moment its not going in so a little assistance would be great if that's possible as you may be able to explai it in a way that better sticks to my slow brain .
Thanks in advance i want to fully understand D.C. Motors before i even jump in A.C. Motors.
Regards
Ben
