Is there a timer/ temp only available for these the ones fitted are a pain in the arse to set, customer wants a straight forward stat and timer as she cant figure them out and neither can I

Cannot see a model number, but from a quick google, these are programmable stats. Is it controlling a combi? simpler versiosn exist - the Honeywells are simple I think. For even simpler, replace it with a timer, and a separate stat, use a dial type timer, and an analog stat, so need digital buton to press etc.If a combi, you need a single channel programmer, and any suitable stat. More info needed to give a more precise answer.

This is a electric UFH system and the home owner has had a lot of greive with the room/floor stats I would like to replace them with a simple temp time controller but the devireg stockist is insisting it must be a like for like replacment but I am speaking to the storeman not a installer the present is a 550 controller but requires a 7 day programme and all kinds of gimmicky settings, all I need is time on/off and set temp
