Evening everybody.
Doing a Zs on a lighting circuit yesterday and my Di-Log 9083P displayed "High Ohms" and would not allow me to test the circuit. Any ideas? I know they won't test if the current on the CPC is going to be more than 50v but that's a different message from the tester.
I'm thinking broken CPC somewhere and parallel earth paths are giving a reading of 230v between E and L when tested with steiners?
