Diesel tank supply

Hi guys, had a job given to me to wire up some diesel tanks on a farm they're plastic bunded tanks sitting on the ground, the pump is on the wall next to it strait forward line neutral and cpc. I've put the supply on an RCBO and have a rotary isolator next to it. Now as far as bonding goes I have some metal pipe joining the tank with the pump but as this is not likely to bring in it own earth potential so wasn't going to bother. Is there anything else I need to think about and do I need any special certificate for this circuit or will a standard one do.

It may come under reg's with regards to stored explosive and flammable liquids like petrol station installations which isnt covered by the BS 7671 and would be subject to strict guidelines also the last thing you would want is a static issue but as i dont work on such installs ill reserve speculative comment to avoid confusion.

I'm not sure if deisel on its own comes under the Compex regs.

Thanks tony for the quite patronising link only trouble those web sites googled are for USA and New Zealand not much help to me i have googled it all previous. does any one know what guidance note it is in?

If its in UK it probably comes under DSEAR regs EN 60079. This should point you in the right direction
