Digital & pointer metres leads extention?

Just wondering if anyone knows were to get an Leads extentions for a metre?

What am looking for is the Teeth/Crocodile you put on the end of your leads. They don't come with metre's anymore well I can't seem to get one

Anyone know any place's I could get these? Local Stores, Sites etc would be really helpfull
