Dimplex Duoheat 400i Storage Heater

Hi, 2 out of 3 of our storage heaters have started playing up, with similar issues. Come midnight, when the off peak supply kicks in, the heaters start clicking continuously - almost like its a Relay not being able to make its mind up. Anyone any idea why it's doing this? The second problem is that the LED panel won't let you change - or +. It's basically stuck on "6" LED lights and wont let you incease or decrease. Any help would be much appreciated.
