Just installed duo 500n x1 and 3 EPX 1000 heaters using mains borne receivers, appropriate programmer and filter at incoming supply.
Anyone had an issue with the receivers for the EPX range. The rx9913 receiver firstly comes with an instruction sheet with no reference to EPX set up.
When slotting in the cassette it doesn't want to locate easily. I can be heavy handed but the pins fold up.
Tech help at Dimplex just say they are the correct receiver and to keep it flat when inserting. Say they know the instruction sheet isn't helpful.
Any tips? Any similar problems?
