Disclaimer example?

Hi lads,

Could someone maybe give me a good example of the best way to write my "disclaimer" notice for clients. I just want to make sure i cover ALL the bases and im sure i would write one and miss important points out.

i usually tel the client " if you don't switch it on, it won't go BANG.

It would on Tel's jobs ..............in fact I would imagine that was rather than a part of his terms of condition, but a necessity ..............

maybe rather than giving one example that includes everything people could say what sort of things should be included

eg cancellation of work after a date to start work has been agreed will incur charges
