Disconnected Supply

Hi all, have got a rewire on an empty property, the supply has been disconnected by the DNO, due to the basement of the place having been used to grow weed. the client want power, so we can start the refurb, he's been intouch with the supplier, but they want a cert doing, what are the options available any idea, thanks.

Make up a compliant temporary board supplying a couple of sockets,earthing and bonding
You may need to sink a rod for a TT system

Test and certificate,then have the client apply for supply for a temporary installation on their application for supply form
to accompany your EIC

Silly question but how do you test and cert a supply which is not connected? Not being smart!

... that way you don't have to be fiddling your thumbs wondering whether to pull it or not to pull it; you know what I mean

You can't, hence the way DES 56 has proposed doing it.
