Circuits under 32A the disconntion times would be 0.4 and anything over woud be 5 am i right.

Not sure what you mean but TT disconnection times are either 0.2 secs or 1 sec.

5 sec disconnection time is for sub mains and circuits over 32A for TN systems

Correct, the op was Circuits under 32A the disconntion times would be 0.4 and anything over woud be 5 am i right. Unless your working on a TT system

Not quite.
With a TN system, the 0.4s disconnection time applies to final circuits upto and including 32A. (Lights, boilers, RFCs, etc.)
The 5s disconnection time applies to final circuits over 32A and any distribution circuits. (Cookers, showers garage/shed supplies, etc.)
In some very rare cases, the same disconnection times are allowed for TT systems.
However in general, the disconnection times are reduced to 0.2s and 1s respectively.

Yeah, i should have put a bit more detail into my original post. I can see the disconnection times in my BRB.
I was just getting confused with the definition of a distribution and final circuit. Could not decide wether or not circuits supplied from a distribution circuit were classed as final circuits
