just to add no rcd protection CU is an old 3036 rewirable

I had one like this last Christmas and funny enough it was in a kitchen thats because joiners and plumbers fancy themselves as sparkies I had the ring pair coming into what used to be a twin socket sunk into a 8" skirting with another pair breaking into the ring and the guts of the socket taken away so the faceplate can be as a box lid. Removed this and fitted a nice 4x4 in old money job sorted

Your all going about this wrong.... look at it more of an 'art piece' ..... look how he's tried to used different coloured through crimps for live and neutral when colour represents cable size to crimp not cable designation.--- truely art inspiring

well i suppose you could class this as a kind of "still life".....there aint any movement there....you see if its got life though....
