Before replacing anything I had already been having issues with my light bulbs. Even after installing brand new ones the lights would start flickering after a couple of weeks, randomly going out for days at a time and then randomly turning back on. This has been happening for well over a year but aside from being an inconvenience I didn’t really care. However today I replaced my old flicker switch with a Kasa smart switch. Prior all my lights (4 in my bedroom) had been functioning fine except for one of the four which has been flickering (I’ll call it A3). Upon installing the smart light switch I noticed when I turned off the lights A3 turns off but then turn back on for a split second then turns back off OR it just takes longer than the other 3 light bulbs to turn off. I’m wondering if this should be cause for concern now that I’ve installed a new switch or maybe the issue is the light fixture or type of bulb (zilotek LED 120V 9W 60 Hz 6500K 650LM 85mA)? or something I noticed when replacing another regular switch in our house when the dimmer snapped is that there doesn’t seem to be a ground wire in any of our light switch boxes

It looks like somewhere there is a loose connection.
this will require some methodical investigation to find.

I would start by checking all the accessible terminals for tightness.
