Hello All
I have done electrical work around my house for some time now. In 1965 I did a rewire of a 1930s house, and again when I was first married in 1970 - much of this involved crawling under the floorboards in the ground floor to arrange cable runs. Working on the consumer unit in the understairs cupboard made me realise that work on it would be easier if I was a left-handed dwarf.
Since then I have extended wiring in parts of houses where I lived, although the recent regulations have rather reduced my scope. All the same it is great to be able to pick up on suggestions for what it is possible to ask others to do on my behalf, and to troubleshoot various problems.
