Do i need planning...

Have a flat roof system to install onto the roof of a domestic property. Its a felt roof with skylights protruding about 0.75M from the surface, as long as the panels are below this would it need planning? Although it also states it cannot protrude more than 200mm from the plane line.

Its a 28 day turnaround at the planning office just called so wondering if anyone else has come acorss this so i can have a better idea of the outcome.

The skylights are not the line so I would assume yes you require planning

Is that's down to me to submit, or do you get customer to do it?

Ask customer if he wants to do it or if you are to be his agent. Someone will need to prepare maps etc.
