Hi Guys/Girls

A quick question. Would I need to TT a stand alone socket detached from main building (TNCS) that could be used with a Class I item of equipment - Panel heater. If so, what would be the best way locally to do this without a mini DB?. My thought just to show Im thinking - Re- terminate current 4mm SWA from existing socket into adaptable box then reconnect/extend to socket. Put earth rodded connection in box and connect socket earth. I dont know if this is long winded or even needed.

Any help and advice appreciated.

Kind regards

What bonding requirements exist in the outbuilding?

Being the Pergola is metallic is it accessible when using the socket outlet
The socket will need 30ma Rcd protection
Drawing may help
