Do I need to insulate the metal structure from ground

Hi,
We are trying to install a PV system using thin film modules. For the mechanical structure that we use to support these panels, do we need to isolate at any point, probably using a nylon gf30 insulator?

bump ! :) Guys, does anyone here have any experience in installing grid connected plants above 1 MW ? Not sure if my question would be relevant to roof top systems.
