Does any mini usb cable work for ps3 controller?

Hi all,

I am selling my ps3 and will be keeping the controller and the charger cable that comes with the ps3 for use on my pc, found a couple different answers to this and need more feedback, some say it works perfectly and some say it doesnt. The guy thats buying it is gonna need one to use since the cable doesn't come with ps3 controller, when purchasing it by itself.

As Mark said, yes, it will work with any mini usb cable.

micro usb one controller end and mini usb other ps3 end you can pick them up for other items like phone/laptop links depending on phone usb size.
