whilst doing a survey for a solar job i noticed something any thoughts guys

i gather thier 2 single phase boards in same property with spur ways in both has the property had seperate living areas give us more info on property

the property is a bungalow and the new board is for storage heaters only

Is the TNS bonding around the outer sheath of the armoured? lol

That's not the incoming water or gas is it? with the earth clamp on? can't make it out clearly

lol the system is a TT no earth the newish board states otherwise as whoever it was has put a clamp on the sheath over the insulated incoming cable so
1 how can it be earthed
2 i would like to see the cert and the ze
3 i think he should have fitted an earth electrode but thought nahh thatll do
