Just filling domestic fire alarm cert just wondering on the form it says Instructions in accordance with the recommendations of Clause 24 of BS 5839-6: 2013 have been supplied to:*

Its a new build and being sold who names would I put in there the builder _ or the person ordering the work ?

i assume that instructions should be passed to the end user. in this case, probably via the seller.

All certification, logbook, and O&M should be given to who ever instructed you to do the work...homeowner or contractor.
