Evening all, I am currently in my 2nd year of my apprenticeship (completed my 2365 before) and in all honesty, I don't really feel like I am being supported that much with my progression.
It's been a hard decision for me to make as the guy literally gave me the opportunity of a life time but I'm looking for another employer based around Leicester and would be very grateful if anyone knew of an opportunity going.
I would like to stay put but I really can't see things improving any time soon and really would love just to crack on with my training, with someone I can rely on watching over me and actually giving me his or her time.
