Hi all,

Just after some advice on entrance panels. Its something I have never done and I am a bit stumped when looking at one.
Its been reported that when the visitor presses the call button, occupier can hear them perfectly well, but visitor cannot hear the occupier. Door release works ok etc.
Same problem reported by multiple tenants.
Its a bticino analogue system.

Ideas please!!!!!

I have only had chance to get on site to have a quick look, took off the entrance panel to look behind and connections are all sound. No-one was in to check the other end, but logic would surely say that if it was one isolated report then it could be the handset, but if all of the tenants find the same problem then surely it must be on the entrance panel end?
