Looking for a bit advice!!

just been and looked at a small job,its a block of 4 flats with a door entry/intercom system linked from the 4 flats to the main door, according to the land lord the system hasnt worked since the door was burst many years ago, only problem i seem to have is the door itself is missing the electric lock.

Are these standard or will i need to get the specific lock for make and model, dont do much of this work so excuse my ignorance, the only make i can see is on the transformer and its elvox but i have searched on the net and cant find models that match what is fitted at present.

any help much appreciated

fairly standard afaik. check the operating voltage when you press the release. generally 12vac.just get the same voltage lock.
