Doorbells

Hi guys,
bit of a daft one an old chap has asked me to replace his doorbell,bell only,using old transformer it still works the old bell but a bit feeble,i'm putting a new round type bell on and wondered if i could run another length of bell wire about 10M from first bell to another one in another room off the 8v transformer.

Depends on the rated output of transformer and rating for each bell. save a lot of hassel and go wireless !

yeah i know i've said all this but the fellas 85 and wary of stuff like that tried talking him into a plug in but doesn't want one
