Down light in a kitchen

10 down lights no tramsformer at 240v and under unit with a transformer to 11 kw, all downstairs lights are on raidail

2 light in Kitchen will it be okay to take down the1 old Rose and use the wire to feed 10 down light on that one ,then us the second to put under units on the next one, and put both on to 2 switches

Its more about load on the existing circuit as you will be increasing it so you need to way up whats on the existing circuit first using good old ohms law.
